TERMS AND CONDITIONS

ORDER CANCELLATION

Upon finalizing an order, it is not subject to cancellation or alteration unless the item is out of stock. Our warehouses strive for swift order processing and dispatch even outside customer service hours.

Items denoted as Special Order or Built-to-Order are not returnable, exchangeable, or cancellable.

A processing fee of up to 5% applies to all cancelled orders.

DELIVERY POLICY

Once items have been dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled. Upon receiving the merchandise, you can request a return.

The order is deemed complete once the delivery company confirms the package has been delivered. Racewerks isn't liable for packages lost/stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking information indicates your package was delivered, but you haven't received it, you need to contact us within 48 hours. We will submit a claim but can't guarantee refunds or reshipments if your package remains unfound.

Please ensure the shipping address provided is accurate and secure.

You must contact Racewerks and the delivery company within 48 hours of delivery to make any lost or damage claims.

Racewerks does not offer refunds or product reshipment for claims that are rejected by the delivery company.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Racewerks welcomes returns or exchanges on any new, unopened merchandise, including its original packaging, within 30 days from the date of purchase.

A restocking fee of 20% or more applies to the returned merchandise.

Shipping costs and sales tax related to the restocking fee are non-refundable.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Products that have been attempted to be installed. Once a product has been tried to install, the manufacturer's warranty comes into effect.

Packages with cut security seals or items removed from sealed packaging.

Products labelled as Special Order or Built to Order

Products bought as a part of a kit/combo can only be returned if the ENTIRE KIT/COMBO is returned concurrently. Individual items from a kit/combo cannot be returned separately.

Electronics (including Tuning Devices), Engine Internals, Transmission Internals, Turbo or Supercharger Kits, Turbochargers, Superchargers, Body Kits, Seibon Body Parts, Gift cards, and electronic documents.

Open-Box, Clearance, or Overstock merchandise.

WARRANTY POLICY

Merchandise warranties are only provided by the manufacturer.

RIGHT OF REFUSAL

Racewerks reserves the right to reject any return, exchange, or warranty claim if we determine the merchandise has been used, mishandled, improperly packaged, or shipped by the customer. Non-returnable items will either be returned to you at your expense or disposed of.

DISPUTED PURCHASES/CHARGEBACKS

Customers disputing a purchase with us may incur related dispute fees.

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, is owned by Racewerks or our content suppliers and protected by US and international copyright laws. All software used on this site is the property of Racewerks or our service provider or its suppliers and protected by US and international copyright laws.

SITE ACCESS LICENSE

We grant you a limited license to access and use this site for personal purposes, not for downloading (except page caching) or modifying it, or any part of it, without our express written consent. Unauthorized usage terminates our permission or license.

COMMUNICATIONS, COMMENTS, AND OTHER CONTENT

Customers may post reviews, suggestions, ideas, comments, queries, or other information, provided it's not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise harmful to third parties. We reserve the right to remove or edit such content.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Gift Certificates must be redeemed through the Racewerks website, toward the purchase of eligible products. They are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Racewerks reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time at its discretion. All terms and conditions are applicable to the extent permitted by law.
